CCPL is excited to introduce our first Super Smash Bros.™ Ultimate Tournament, co-hosted by Carmel High School Esports!
Sign up today to compete and smash your way to victory! Registration is open and limited to a total of 64 middle school and high school students. Registration is required and closes at 11:59pm on Thursday, April 20. (Register using the blue Register button above or, if you already have a start.gg account, click here to register directly. If you have trouble with registration, contact CCPL Teen Librarian Zach Reynolds at zreynolds@carmelclaylibrary.org or 317.814.3961.)
Please plan to arrive at 9am for sign-in, instructions, and announcements in the Teens Program Room at the Main Library. The tournament will begin promptly at 10am.
Competitors will have opportunities to show off their skills, enjoy a pizza lunch, meet with/learn about Esports at Carmel High School, and network through "friendlies" exhibition matches throughout and between tournament matches. All competitors are permitted to bring their own controllers/consoles, but the library will provide all of the consoles for tournament play.
Once a player has been eliminated (lost two matches), they are not required to stay the entire length of the tournament, but they are welcome to stay until the finalists are announced.
