In this class, “Frank The Bread Guy” Petrarca will demonstrate how to make an easy, delicious loaf of wheat bread. Registration is required.

This light, delicious loaf is a real crowd pleaser even for non-wheat bread lovers. Frank will demonstrate the mixing, kneading and shaping along with lots of pro tips to make great bread every time. Ingredient choices, technique, bakeware and ways to make bread-making work around your schedule will also be covered. Attendees will receive the printed recipe to help their bread-making journey. 

This program is for adults. Registration is required. 

If you are unable to attend the event, please cancel your registration so someone on the waitlist can join. If you are on the waitlist, attend only if you get a confirmation email indicating that a spot has opened up for you. Staff members will be taking attendance.
