    Art and STEAM Programs

    STEAM Explorers: For kids ages 4–6 with caregivers. Join us in the Discovery Room as we explore a special selection of STEAM kits. Offered September–April.

    Creating on Canvas: For kids in grades 3-5. We'll guide you step-by-step through a specific painting. Offered June–April.

    Dabble: For kids ages 7–12 on their own. Discover different mediums and artists. Offered September–April.

    StoryWalks

    These outdoor installations allow families to read a book while enjoying the outdoors. Pages from a children's book are set up along an outdoor path, allowing children and adults to read the story as they stroll. Check for current and upcoming StoryWalks.

    1000 Books Before Kindergarten

    Reading books together is a fantastic way to prepare children for lifelong learning. In our online 1000 Books Before Kindergarten program, you can track the books you and your child read, and your child will earn prizes along the way.     Our online 500 Books Before Middle School program for kids in kindergarten through grade 5 is a great way to build a love of reading.
