Do you want to make crafts to support hospitals and senior homes? The Wishing Crane Project and Carmel Love For Our Elders are collaborating to present "Crafts for Kindness." Participants will be able to create origami cranes, glow-in-the-dark stars, and handwritten letters to share encouragement and kindness. All materials will be provided.
No registration required, and all ages are welcome to participate at this drop-in program.
- Teens going into grades 6–12 will earn 1 service hour for this event. Note that the library can only track service hours for Teen Volunteer Corps members. - Children in grade 5 and below must have a supervising caregiver (parent, guardian, or other caregiver aged 16 or older) on library premises when using the library or attending library events.
