Join us for an afternoon of reliving memories of yesteryear as we break out the library's collection of classic board games. Old-timey snacks and treats will also be provided.
International Games Month (IGM) is an initiative run by volunteers from around the world to reconnect communities through their libraries around the educational, recreational, and social value of all types of games.
Come one, come all, and make some new friends as you connect over games you might not have played in quite some time. From Sorry! to Skip-bo, from Chutes and Ladders to Parcheesi, we are pulling out every classic board game that the library owns and bringing them back out for an afternoon of competition, comradery, and community. Not only will the games bring lots of fond memories, but the snacks we will have will spark the joy of your inner child.
Join us for all 3 hours of the event or pop in whenever you're free. Registration is recommended to help us plan for numbers but is not required.
