Teens in grades 6–12 can discover how to grow succulents at this hands-on event at Plots to Plates Organic Gardens on the campus of Carmel Middle School. Registration is required.
Join us at the Plots to Plates community garden (located behind Carmel Middle School) as we learn about succulents and basic succulent care. Participating teens will receive a succulent plant and will decorate a pot for their succulent.
Registration required. Supplies will be provided to registrants at the event.
Plots to Plates Organic Gardens was created by the CCS Green Team in collaboration with Carmel Clay Schools and is located just west of the Carmel Middle School tennis courts (300 S Guilford Rd). You need to cross a grassy field to get to the demonstration stage. No restroom will be available on the grounds.
Do not attend this event if you or anyone in your household is experiencing any signs of illness. To ensure a safe environment, attendees will be asked to adhere to current CDC guidelines regarding social distancing and are encouraged to wear a mask in accordance with the State of Indiana’s Mask Advisory.
