Meeting Room CLearn to code animated graphics in this introduction to the p5.js JavaScript library. Registration is required.
p5.js is a JavaScript library inspired by the Processing coding language and environment. It is a great tool for beginners who are interested in learning to code. The p5.js library focuses on being an inclusive coding language that makes writing code more intuitive for users. We will be using a web editor to write and run our code, giving everyone instant feedback on their creations.
This class will go over basic ways the coding interface works and how to create a simple animation with it. You'll also receive resources on where you can learn more about coding with p5.js and Processing. (Learn more about p5.js here.)
Registration is required. All participants are required to be age 14+.
