Well-behaved hounds are invited to participate in a doggy photography shoot at the Main Library's outdoor Event Lawn. Registration is required. (Please click on event title for more details.)

Well-behaved, handsome hounds are invited to participate in a doggy photography shoot! Participants that sign up will be contacted to select a specific time to drop by the Event Lawn on the west side of the Main Library for their professional pet photo.

Portraits will be taken on the Event Lawn using a black background, professional photography equipment, and optional props such as bow ties. Patrons will receive digital copies of their pet portraits at a later time.

The photos will be professionally edited in Lightroom and Photoshop the following week. Those who are interested in this step of the process can drop in to the Digital Media Lab to learn more about photo editing. (See dates and times here.)

Registration is required.

Pets are not allowed inside the Main Library unless they are trained service animals.
