Creating On Canvas: Hot Air Balloons in Flight

For kids in grades 3–5

Choose the date that works best for you—September 22 or October 20—and join us to capture a beautiful Autumn sight. In this fun program, we'll guide you step-by-step in painting silhouettes of hot air balloons soaring above a scattering of pine trees during a glorious fall sunrise.

Beginners are most welcome—no experience is necessary. We'll be using permanent, acrylic paints, so please wear clothes that can get stained, just in case.

Registration begins October 13 for October 20's program. Participants must be in grades 3–5. To ensure successful signup, each child needs to be registered separately, using the child's first and last name on the registration form. A library card number is not required. Children in grade 5 and below must have a caregiver on library premises during the program.
