Experience an hour of chair yoga while learning mindful movement strategies to use at your desk or anywhere. This program is designed for adults, and registration is required.
This session is led by Gretchen Clore, a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200 and YACEP who trained at YogaWorks in Los Angeles with Carmen Fitzgibbon, Thomas Taubman, and Gigi Snyder. She primarily teaches gentle and beginning yoga classes with a focus on alignment and breath. For the past two years, Gretchen has presented "Yoga At Your Desk" for the National Exercise Trainers Association FitFest. In addition to yoga, Gretchen teaches SilverSneakers, breathwork, and meditation with Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation. She recently completed an Ayurvedic Wellness Coach program at The Shakti School and is currently enrolled in Gaia Chef’s Medicine Woman program.
This program is designed for adults, so registration is limited to those age 18 or over. Participants will be required to sign a waiver to participate. Click here to download a printable copy.
