Whether you're seeking some new sole mates (get it?) or are just looking to stretch your legs alone, join Heart and Sole, the Carmel Clay Public Library walking club. No registration required.

Proven to enrich people's health, walking is the best, most available option for engaging in low-impact physical activity. Join us twice a month to walk Central Park's West Loop, a fully accessible, paved, 1.6-mile trail with excellent views of wildlife and greenery. We will meet outside the restrooms of the Monon Central Trailhead. For easiest access, please enter the park via the east entrance off of Rangeline Rd/Westfield Boulevard between 116th and 111th Streets, park in the large east lot, and walk up the Monon Trail to our meeting place near the restrooms. A map is included below for your reference.

Walks will last approximately 45 minutes. A one-time Liability Waiver (available at the trailhead) will be required to participate.

All bodies and abilities are welcome. No registration required.
