(Ages 7–12) Join us for this repeat of 5/21's fun program to discuss architect Shigeru Ban and design structures using cardboard. Read the full description for important info about required tickets.
May 21's interactive, hands-on Thinkers and Tinkers was so well received that we're offering a special encore presentation! World-famous architect Shigeru Ban uses inexpensive materials to design temporary structures to help areas affected by natural disasters. Together we will read about his life and see pictures of his work, and then we will use his ingenuity as inspiration to design our own structures using cardboard.
Free tickets are required and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at the Kids Desk 30 minutes prior to the scheduled program start time. A ticket will be required for each person attending the program. A caregiver must be present and actively engaged in the program. Siblings are welcome.
