The Adult Services Department is delighted to welcome Libby Saylor, LLMSW (Limited Licensed Master Social Worker), for a conversation about starting therapy. In this program we will discuss topics like—

  • Who is therapy for?
  • Where should I look for a therapist?
  • What do the acronyms mean and how are they different? Example: CBT Therapy or EDMR Therapy 
  • What should I look for in a therapist or therapy office?  
  • How does confidentiality work? 

Because of the nature of this program, it will be held virtually in a webinar style, and participants may join anonymously.
