Are you making the most of your online library account? Learn how to create your account on CCPL's website and use helpful features to place holds, renew items, and make lists. Registration required.

In this hands-on workshop, attendees will learn how to create an online library account with their library card and PIN, as well as use the many features that make managing their account personable and easy. Participants should have basic knowledge of how to use a computer, keyboard, and mouse. Computers will be provided and attendees should have an active CCPL library card or current reciprocal borrowing privileges.

If you are unable to attend the event, please cancel your reservation so someone on the waitlist can join. If you are on the waitlist, attend only if you get a confirmation email indicating that a spot has opened up for you. Staff members will be taking attendance.

To cancel your registration, do one of the following:

  • Use the link and registration reference number from the "You're Registered" email you received.
  • Call the library's Adult Services Department at 317.814.3988.
