A gentle, feel-good Tai Chi session focused on relaxation, balance, and easy breathing. Perfect for all skill levels and abilities. Presented with Mindful Taichi Co. Registration is required.
Come as you are for a gentle, feel-good Tai Chi session focused on relaxation, balance, and easy breathing. No experience is needed to join. You’re welcome to stand or sit; chairs will be available for a fully seated practice. Movements are invitational—you can opt in/out of movements and rest at anytime. Please wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes. Presented in partnership with Mindful Taichi Co.
Please note that this program is for ages 18+ and that a one-time Liability Waiver (on-site the day of the program) will be required to participate.
