Teens Program RoomTeens in grades 9–12 and their parents will learn mental health coping strategies from licensed mental health counselor Matthew Halvorson.
Join Licensed Mental Health Counselor Matthew Halvorson for an engaging and practical workshop designed specifically for high schoolers. This presentation will explore healthy ways to manage stress, anxiety, emotions, relationships, and the pressures of everyday life. Teens and their parents will learn realistic coping skills they can actually use at school, at home, and with friends.
The workshop will include practical tools and interactive discussion to help teens build confidence, emotional resilience, and self-awareness in a supportive environment. No registration is required.
