Building Brain-Healthy Habits
An information session for adults

Community Room AThis program focuses on everyday habits that support brain health, such as physical activity, nutrition and sleep, and explains why brain health matters at every age. Registration is required.
Presented by the Alzheimer's Association of Greater Indiana Chapter.
The program highlights the latest research on brain health, including findings and recommendations from the U.S. POINTER study. Participants will learn science-backed tips for building brain-healthy habits into daily life, including how to create a personalized action plan.
If you are unable to attend the event, please cancel your reservation so someone on the waitlist can join. If you are on the waitlist, attend only if you get a confirmation email indicating that a spot has opened up for you. Staff members will be taking attendance.
