Students in grades 4–12 can participate in the 5th Annual Indiana Youth Scrabble Championship, held for the second time at the Main Library. Registration is required.
The Indiana Youth Scrabble Championship is in its fifth year and open to anyone in grades 4–12*. There will be varying divisions of competitiveness, and we will provide boards, tiles, and clocks for all Scrabblers. Join us at 12:30pm for a quick lesson/recap on how to play, followed by four rounds of games. Snacks and drinks will be provided in the breaks between rounds. Prizes will be awarded to the top competitors, alongside special awards for highest-scoring play and "wackiest word." Registration is required.
