(Grades K–3) Beginners and those honing their skills can challenge peers in this special chess club just for them. Read the full event description for important registration info or call 317.814.3992.

Volunteers from the Carmel High School Chess Club will be at this special chess club to give you tips and tricks—and maybe take you up on a challenge! Beginners are most welcome. No experience is necessary.

Registration is required and begins January 21. Participants must be in grades K–3 and accompanied by a caregiver. To ensure successful signup, each child needs to be registered separately, using the child's first and last name—not the parent's name—on the registration form. A library card number is not required.

Please enjoy all snacks before and after the program. We ask all attendees to refrain from eating during the program so that all participants can focus on and engage with the event's activities together.

This program is presented in partnership with the Carmel High School Chess Club.
