(Grades 3–5) Join us on either 1/27 or 2/17 to paint a winter night à la Van Gogh! For important info about required registration and program details, read the full description or call 317.814.3992.
In this fun program, we'll guide you step-by-step in painting a starry and wintery night using a touch of the painting style of Vincent Van Gogh. Your brush strokes will follow the form of the wind and the snowy landscape below! Beginners are most welcome—no experience is necessary. We'll be using permanent, acrylic paints, so please wear clothes that can get stained, just in case.
Painting sessions are available on the following dates and times. Choose the session that works best for you:
Registration begins February 10 for Feburary 17's program. Participants must be in grades 3–5. To ensure successful signup, each child needs to be registered separately, using the child's first and last name—not the parent's name—on the registration form. A library card number is not required. Children in grade 5 and below must have a caregiver on library premises during the program.
Please enjoy all snacks before and after the program. We ask all attendees to refrain from eating during the program so that all participants can focus on and engage with the event's activities together.
