An informative discussion about neurodiversity in teens. Presented in partnership with The Chris Center. Registration is required.
Dr. Sarah Henning will explore various types of Neurodiversity (ND) and discuss the negative ways in which ND has been portrayed in media and in life, as well as how neurodiverse people have often been bullied by those closest to them. We will discuss how deepening the understanding and scaffolding of ND by both the ND person and their loved ones can impact society in a positive manner.
