Enjoy a total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training while engaging with your baby in their stroller. Registration is required.
Join Debra Sexton of FIT4MOM for some exercise, and you can bring your baby along for the ride in their stroller. Stroller Strides® is a total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller. You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of parenthood. The workout consists of three parts: a warm-up providing a time for you to connect with yourself and prep the body for movement, five stations that incorporate cardio and strength to realign and strengthen in the way a parent needs, and a final core & restore section to train stabilization of the trunk and provide flexibility before transitioning back into day-to-day living. All fitness levels are welcome at this free session.
This program is designed for ages 18 and over only. Children must remain in a stroller for the duration of the program. Participants will be required to sign two waivers at the event (click here to print and sign one of them ahead of time). If you are unable to attend the event, please cancel your registration so someone on the waitlist can join. If you are on the waitlist, attend only if you get a confirmation email indicating that a spot has opened up for you. Staff members will be taking attendance.
