Join Debra Sexton of FIT4MOM for some exercise, and you can bring your baby along for the ride in their stroller. Registration is required.
Stroller Strides® is a total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller. You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of parenthood. The workout consists of three parts: a warm-up providing a time for you to connect with yourself and prep the body for movement, five stations that incorporate cardio and strength to realign and strengthen in the way a parent needs, and a final core & restore section to train stabilization of the trunk and provide flexibility before transitioning back into day-to-day living. All fitness levels are welcome at this free session.
This program is designed for ages 18 and over only. Children must remain in a stroller for the duration of the program. Participants will be required to sign two waivers at the event (click here to print and sign one of them ahead of time).
