Learn about the signs of a stroke and stroke prevention efforts during National Stroke Awareness Month. Registration is recommended.

For National Stroke Awareness Month, Stroke Program and Quality Coordinator Susanne Crotty, RN, will teach us about the signs of stroke and prevention efforts. The presentation will be around 30 minutes, with time for Q&A. Registration is recommended for this event but not required.

If you are unable to attend the event, please cancel your registration so someone on the waitlist can join. If you are on the waitlist, attend only if you get a confirmation email indicating that a spot has opened up for you.

To cancel your registration, do one of the following:
