Change is an inevitable part of running a business—whether it’s adopting new processes or technology, shifting team roles, or evolving products or services. For small businesses, change can feel especially personal and disruptive. This session is designed to help small businesses understand the human side of change and build the confidence to support their employees through it.

- The role of a leader during change
- A simple model to help people progress through and embrace change
- Communication best practices to keep your team motivated and aligned
- How to handle resistance to change

About the Speaker: Nicole McCulloch
Nicole McCulloch is a transformation leader with 25 years of experience helping teams solve complex problems, simplify processes, and implement major improvements. She holds Engineering degrees from the University of Michigan and Purdue University, as well as certifications in Quality and Change Management. She is passionate about making change less overwhelming and more human.
Nicole lives in Brownsburg with her family and volunteers with the Hendricks County Master Gardeners.
