A volunteer opportunity for adults to prepare reading materials for incarcerated people.

The Midwest Pages to Prisoners Project is an all-volunteer effort that strives to encourage self-education among inmates in the United States prison system by sending requested reading materials to incarcerated people. 

At this Pack-a-Thon event, you will prepare books to be shipped and write a corresponding letter to the recipient. (Requested books have been pre-selected for shipping by regular volunteers of the Midwest Pages to Prisoners Project.) Registration is not required.
