Join author Katherine Reay as she shares her new novel, "The English Masterpiece." Registration is required for this free author event.
Katherine Reay is a national bestselling and award-winning author of twelve novels and one non-fiction work. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Northwestern University, her writing has appeared in numerous publications, including Redbook, USA TODAY, The Daily Beast, Criminal Element, and many more. She holds a master’s in marketing from Northwestern University as well. Katherine is also a co-founder and host of the What the Dickens Book Club on Facebook and The 10 Minute Book Talk on Instagram.
In her new novel The English Masterpiece, set in 1970s London, Lily, an assistant at the Tate, helps plan a grand Picasso exhibit. During the opening, she shocks everyone by declaring a masterpiece a forgery, causing chaos in the art world. Her mentor, Diana, faces scandal and career ruin as rumors of widespread forgeries spread. Lily must uncover the truth about the painting to save both her career and her mentor's reputation. The story is a thrilling race against time filled with glamour, secrets, and high stakes.
