Discovery Room A, Discovery Room B

Join us on either June 15 or July 11 for an active storytime and fun activities to help your child feel ready for kindergarten. Click this event title for important info about required tickets.

Choose the date and time that work best for you and join us in the Discovery Room to actively participate in stories and songs about the first day of school. Afterward, you'll have time to explore fun stations and make a craft. We'll provide some goodies for you to take home, too!

Sessions are available on

  • June 15: 9:30am–10:30am or 11:00am–12:00pm
    OR
  • July 11: 5:00pm–6:00pm or 6:30pm–7:30pm

This special storytime is for kids entering kindergarten this fall and their caregivers. Free tickets are required and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at the Kids Desk 30 minutes prior to the scheduled program start time. A ticket will be required for each person attending the program.
