NEW LOCATION! If you're seeking some new sole mates (get it?) or are just looking to stretch your legs alone, join Heart and Sole, the library's walking club. No registration required.

Proven to enrich people's health, walking is the best, most available option for engaging in low-impact physical activity. Join us twice a month to walk River Heritage Park's White Tail Loop, a paved, 1.23-mile trail. This trail offers beautiful views, plenty of shade, and has a hard rubberized surface that is wheelchair friendly. The park has a dedicated parking lot.

Walks will last approximately 45 minutes. A one-time Liability Waiver (available at the trailhead) will be required to participate.

All bodies and abilities are welcome. No registration required.
