Learn how to craft two different types of dinner rolls - perfect for your holiday dinners! Registration is required.

In this class, Frank Petrarca will show the mixing, proofing, and shaping techniques for perfect rolls every time. The dinner rolls showcased in this demonstration are soft, buttery, pull-apart cloverleaf rolls and crusty seeded water rolls that resemble those served in baskets at fancy restaurants. Attendees will receive the printed recipe and enough specialty yeast to try your own rolls at home. Let Frank show you how to "Just Say No" to frozen dinner rolls!

This program is for adults and registration is required.

If you are unable to attend the event, please cancel your reservation so someone on the waitlist can join. If you are on the waitlist, attend only if you get a confirmation email indicating that a spot has opened up for you. Staff members will be taking attendance.
