(Grades 3–5) Join us on either 9/25 or 10/30 to paint a scene of vibrant trees on a brisk fall night. Read the full event description for important registration info or call 317.844.3363.
Choose the date that works best for you—September 25 or October 30—and join us to capture a cluster of trees bursting with color on a black-sky night lit up with the first flurries of the season. In this fun program, we'll guide you step-by-step in painting towering white birch trees in fall bloom (using bubble wrap as a painting tool for the treetops!) and show you how to add a splattering of snow flurries as a finishing touch.
Beginners are most welcome—no experience is necessary. We'll be using permanent, acrylic paints, so please wear clothes that can get stained, just in case.
Registration begins September 18 for September 25's program. Participants must be in grades 3–5. To ensure successful signup, each child needs to be registered separately, using the child's first and last name—not the parent's name—on the registration form. A library card number is not required. We ask that caregivers remain on the premises at the Main Library during the program.
