Video RoomLearn about some of the unsung heroes of video game production from a sound design professional in the Digital Media Lab.
This class is a great starting point for anyone interested in how audio is created for video games! You'll learn how a sound goes from raw recording to playing in a game engine, why music and dialogue for games are so unique, and the various software necessary to create it all. You'll get access to a list of resources and be able to ask any questions you have about sound design and game development in general. Come learn about how video games get made!
