Join author Terah Shelton Harris as she returns to Carmel to discuss her new release, Where the Wildflowers Grow. is a poignant story of survival and redemption that questions what it means to stop existing and start living. Leigh Wilde is the sole survivor of her family and is driven by an unyielding instinct to survive. Seeking refuge, she finds unexpected solace on a flower farm in rural Alabama, where a found family and the gentle rhythms of farm life begin to heal her. As she opens up to Jackson, the farm’s owner, Leigh starts to believe she might not be too broken for redemption. Terah Shelton Harris is a librarian, freelance writer, and novelist. She is the author of the novels One Summer in Savannah and Long After We Are Gone. As a freelancer, her work has appeared in consumer and trade magazines including Catapult, Women’s Health, Every Day with Rachael Ray, Backpacker, Minority Nurse, and more.
