This interactive presentation encourages people of all ages to respect pets and what they bring to the lives of human beings. By providing animals with basic needs and treating animals with kindness and respect while also being able to read their body language and cues, they are demonstrating responsible pet care, environmental stewardship, and acting as responsible citizens of the community. This program will be presented by the Humane Society for Hamilton County with the assistance of a Dog Ambassador.
Registration is required for each person attending the program. Please click on Add More People to register yourself and any family members who may be attending, regardless of age.
This discussion will take place at the Gazebo at Carmel Civic Square. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own chairs. No restroom will be available on the grounds. In the event of rain, the program will be rescheduled or canceled.
