Learn common signs of Alzheimer's disease in yourself and others and identify next steps to take. Registration is required.

This information session, presented by the Alzheimer's Association of Greater Indiana Chapter, will explore common signs of Alzheimer's and next steps in planning care, including how to talk to your doctor. Other resources for families and caregivers will also be discussed. Registration is required.

This program is for adults. Registration is required. If you are unable to attend the event, please cancel your reservation so someone on the waitlist can join. If you are on the waitlist, attend only if you get a confirmation email indicating that a spot has opened up for you. Staff members will be taking attendance.
