Curbside Holds Pickup

    Curbside holds pickup is available at the Joyce Winner West Branch. Here’s how it works: 
     
    Place a hold using the library’s online catalog. If you need help, give us a call at 317.814.3965 or take a look at this video.
     
    You will receive a notification when your hold is ready to pick up. Holds may show up in your online account before we have them processed for you to pick up, so it's important to wait for the email or text from the library before you stop by.
     
    When you arrive at the West Branch, park in any parking spot at the front (Horseferry Rd) or side (Birdcage Walk) of the branch. Then call 317.814.3965 to let us know you've arrived.

    For your safety and the safety of library staff, curbside holds pickup may be suspended temporarily due to severe weather. Please monitor the weather and call the library if you are uncertain if curbside holds may be paused due to weather.
