Paint and Picnic: A Watercolors Workshop

For teens in grades 6–12

Join us at Plots to Plates Community Garden for a relaxed afternoon outdoors featuring a watercolor workshop and picnic. Registration is required.

This workshop will include a watercolor activity facilitated by our Teen Artists in Residence, Grace Barnes and Liz Hart, followed by a picnic at the garden. Participants will learn painting techniques as they use the garden for inspiration. Paint plants, birds, flowers, insects, and other garden life. Participants will receive a set of watercolor paints to take home with them.

Plots to Plates Community Garden is located behind Carmel Middle School at 300 S. Guilford Road, Carmel, IN. 

This workshop is part of our Teen Artists in Residence Summer Series and is designed for teens in grades 6–12. Registration is required.
