The Yoga Studio invites you to tap into the season of winter with a one-hour Restorative Yoga Class. Restorative yoga uses postures that are more passive and primarily done on the floor. During longer holds, the instructor will give cues to help with breath, focus, and sensations happening in the body. This class can help to balance the body from the stress and busyness of life. For this program, please bring your own mat and water bottle. All levels of experience are encouraged to attend.
