Visual journalism workshop hosted by members of the Carmel High School Quill & Scroll Journalism Honor Society. Registration is required.
Are you a middle schooler or high school underclassman interested in learning more about graphic design and photography? In this visual journalism workshop hosted by members of the Carmel High School Quill & Scroll Journalism Honor Society, participants in grades 7–10 will learn how to use Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop to make informative and engaging graphics and spread designs. Participants will get the chance to experiment with creative design, photograph subjects, and gain advice and expertise from experienced staff of the nationally-awarded Carmel High School HiLite newsmagazine. Snacks will be provided.
