Teens Program Room

Read and review Young Adult and Middle Grade books. This volunteer opportunity is open to all interested teens in grades 6–12.

Bring your library card, your school ID, and your own cozy reading supplies to earn community service as a reader of influence! You'll get to hang out with other readers, enjoy the newest library books for teens, and learn how to turn 1.5 hours of service into 11.5 by writing an original book review for Word on the Shelf (optional).

The library can only track service hours for Teen Volunteer Corps members. If you haven't joined the TVC yet, applications are available online and are accepted year-round from students in grades 6-12. You can even fill one out at this event!
