Join us for a fun outdoors book discussion at the Gazebo at Carmel Civic Square. Registration is required.

Come enjoy the evening breeze and a riveting discussion of Escaping the Giant Wave by Peg Kehret, a Young Hoosier Book Award winner. In this story, an earthquake creates a tsunami while 13-year-old Kyle is babysitting his sister during a family vacation at a Pacific Coast resort. He tries to save himself, his sister, and a boy who has bullied him for years.

Registration is required and begins June 27. This discussion will take place at the Carmel Gazebo (3 Civic Square). Please bring your own chairs to the event and feel free to bring your own snacks to enjoy while we meet.
