Kids ages 6–11 can join us at University Green in the Village of WestClay to have fun making pet toys and learning how Newton's Laws of Motion make them work. Registration is required.
Do you know a pet that loves to play? Come learn about the 3 laws of motion and how they apply to pet toys. Participants will craft a pet toy to keep or donate to the Humane Society for Hamilton County!
Registration is required and begins May 27. Participants must be ages 6–11, and each child participating needs to register separately. Caregivers should remain near the West Branch Library for the duration of the program.
This program will be held outdoors at University Green in the Village of WestClay (corner of University Crescent and Broad Street, behind Trustees Hall). No restroom will be available on the grounds. If the program is canceled due to inclement weather or health reasons, participants will be emailed with instructions about alternate plans.
Do not attend this event if you or your children are experiencing any signs of illness. To ensure a safe environment, attendees will be asked to adhere to current CDC guidelines regarding social distancing and are encouraged to wear a mask in accordance with the State of Indiana’s Mask Advisory.
