Get energized and engage your mind while moving your entire body. This 45-minute, tai chi-inspired exercise called TaijiFit is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Participants may stand or sit in a chair; no floor work or equipment is needed. Tai chi is shown to improve balance, strength, mood, mental acuity, chronic pain, and other health conditions.
