Local journalist and author Lori Borgman joins us for a virtual author conversation via Facebook Live and an in-person book-signing afterwards.
Lori Borgman is a newspaper columnist, author, and speaker. Her newspaper column touches on a wide array of topics ranging from the truth about nagging to the hazards of upper arm flab. She also is the author of the popular essay “The Death of Common Sense” which has gone viral, having been published worldwide.
She is the author of seven books, including her new release What Happens at Grandma's Stays at Grandma's. In typical humorous fashion, Borgman herself deems her new release "the most adorable gift book ever." After this afternoon's online conversation via Facebook Live, Borgman will be signing copies of her book outside the Foundation Friends Bookstore at the Merchants' Square Main Library from 1pm–2pm.
You do not need to have a Facebook account to view and enjoy this online event. Simply visit facebook.com/carmellib/live at 11 am on May 6. A recording of the event will be available to watch via the same link afterwards. Registration is not required.
Presented by the Carmel Clay Public Library Foundation.
